It is the fastest & most effective way to learn. We offer flexible times that will suit you. You will receive a tailor-made program based on your age, experience and fitness level that will focus on your individual goals. Training is distraction-free with no pressure or judgment.
What are the benefits of martial arts PT?
On top of all the physical benefits of fitness, strength, endurance, speed, toughness, agility, balance, flexibility, timing, coordination and accuracy, you will also improve awareness, mental strength, focus, courage, perseverance, discipline, patience, inner peace, and control. Martial arts training will help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and the tuition will empower you to overcome life’s challenges easier.

Olgun Tiltay. He is the chief instructor of our club.
How experienced is the instructor?
25 years of experience as a full-time martial artist.
How long is a class?
What is the minimum age?
7+ for children and 18+ for adults tuition.
Where is the private tuition done?
In the comfort of your own home if you would like us to travel to you (up to 10 miles radius from Taplow) or if you prefer to come to us, then in our studio in Taplow when the weather is bad and in the park when the weather is nice.
Do I need any equipment?
You don’t need any, the instructor will bring all the equipment needed including focus pads, kick shield, elbow pads, blocker pads, skipping rope, Bulgarian bags, kettlebells, and reflex sticks.
Are the sessions beginner-friendly?
Totally, no experience is necessary to start.
Is it suitable for low fitness level students?
Of course, we cater to all fitness levels. We all have to start from somewhere. You can start slow and train at your own pace. The difficulty level of the training will increase gradually as you get better.
What do you cover in a standard private tuition class?
- 5 minutes meditation to clear our mind
- 5 minutes warm-up & stretching
- 10 minutes strength & conditioning, speed, balance & coordination drills
- 10 minutes explanation of technique: Punches, elbows, knees, kicks, takedowns, trapping
- 20 minutes pad work: Impact & combinations on focus pads & kick shield
- 10 minutes practical self-defense training with real-life scenarios.
Do you offer group tuition?
Yes, up to four people. You can do the classes with friends or family members.
